  1. What is Smarte-load.com?
    Smarte-load.com is an electronic loading site for Smart cellphones.

  2. Does it work for local phones only?
    We can send eload to Philippine-based cellphones and also to Smart cellphones abroad with global roaming service.

  3. What is global roaming and how do I activate it?
    With your Smart Buddy cellphone, you can make and receive calls as well as send and receive text messages to and from loved ones.

    So whenever you travel for work or leisure, your family, friends and colleagues back home will only be a text away. Thanks to SMART's amazing breakthrough technology and its partnerships with over 200 networks worldwide.

    To activate Smart Buddy International Text Roaming, just text "ROAM ON" and send to 333. Roaming activation will occur within one (1) hour.

    *Important: Remember to activate pre-paid roaming before leaving the Philippines.

    Activating your Smart Buddy International Voice Roaming:

    SMART Buddy subscribers can make and receive voice calls while roaming with the Smart Prepaid International Voice Roaming (PIVR) Service.

    This service is only applicable to the following destinations: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, China, Egypt, Finland, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Kuwait, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, and the USA.

    To activate:

    1. If subscriber is going to a country supported by SMART Prepaid International Voice Roaming, before leaving the Philippines: Text ROAM ON and send to 333.

    2. If subscriber is already abroad and going to a country supported by SMART Prepaid International Voice Roaming: Text ROAM ON and send to 333.

    To enjoy seamless roaming service, please maintain a minimum load of P100 while abroad.

    When your Buddy Roaming service is activated you will: be able to send and receive text messages in over 100 countries in the world, anytime for only P20 per send, enjoy zero-charging for receiving text messages while roaming and disallow all outgoing and incoming calls (even while you're in the Philippines).

    To deactivate the roaming feature upon your return, simply key in "ROAM OFF" and send to 333. De-activation will occur within one (1) hour.

    Remember to deactivate upon arrival in the Philippines to restore voice calls.

  4. Are e-loads refundable?
    E-loads are NOT refundable. This means that once the eload is sent, we cannot cancel it or redirect it to another number. You must make sure that the number you give us is the correct number or the eload will be lost. The recipient's phone must be on and have a decent signal in order to receive the eload.

  5. What should I do if the eload is not received?
    There are several reasons why an eload is not received:
    a) The recipient's cellphone is off or has no signal.
    b) The recipient's global roaming is not activated (for international users).
    c) Due to network congestion.
    e) Wrong number submitted.
    f) Human error on your part.

    Smarte-load.com is very customer-friendly. If your recipient did not receive the eload, we will resend the eload to him/her, except in the case of letter (e). That's why you need to double check the number before you enter it in the form.

  6. What should I do if I have a complaint?
    Our customer service email can be found at the contact page. You will get a quicker response if you send us an email than if you immediately go to Paypal and file your complaint there. We are on your side. We have been operating for more than 2 years now and we have thousands of satisfied clients.

  7. How long does it take to receive the e-load?
    Anywhere from 20 minutes to a few hours, depending on Smart's network status. Whatever happens, you will get your eload. If you get impatient, send us a quick email and we will let you know what's going on. Don't be too quick to file a dispute with Paypal unless it's absolutely necessary (for ex, if you want a refund).
